Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  1. Heat the oven to 425F.
  2. While your oven heats, stir all the ingredients in a medium bowl until soft dough forms. Drop 9 spoonfuls of the mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
