This 8-Year-Old Boy Wrote And Performed A Chilling Song About Climate Change

What's more heartbreaking than thinking about the world dying from the effects of climate change? Hearing an 8-year-old sing about it.

Along with some help from his school's choir, Frankie Morland, a young boy from Fleet, UK, recently wrote and performed a song about just that on his YouTube channel. The single, called "World In Danger," was inspired by Morland's wish for everyone to look after the world.

"I hope we will be fine/ I hate to see the world in danger/ I want to enjoy your beauty/ Before you're gone," Morland's lyrics say. "Let's all enjoy the world today/ Climb the trees and breath the air/ Let's all enjoy the world/ Because tomorrow could be a very different day."

The song will officially release worldwide on December 13, 2019, and better yet, the inspiring young man is donating all of the profits he receives from it to environmental causes - he's actually been fundraising for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) since he was just a little 4-year-old!
