3 Bananas 2 cups Rolled Oats 1/2 Cup Nuts (Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds) 1/4 Chocolate Chips or Raisins 1/2 Baking Soda 1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Rice Syrup (optional).
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mash up bananas, rolled oats and nuts in the bowl with your fork. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Make sure it’s completely mixed in. Use a spoon or ice cream scooper and scoop golf-ball size cookies on to greased cookie sheet. Pop in the oven for 15-20, until golden. Let cool and don’t forget to drizzle maple syrup on top.
Extra tasty tips? Add chia seeds for some super food power or you can change throw in your favorite dried fruit and seeds. For those with a sweet tooth: swap the chocolate chips with 2-4 Reece’s Cups....you’ll thank me later.
